Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- During promotions (e.g., Black Friday), processing may take 3–5 days.

In-Store Pickup
Available at all four locations: Barrie, Hamilton, Burlington, Georgetown.
Pickup confirmation will be sent via email/SMS.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Incorrect Addresses
If the shipping address provided is incorrect:
- Customers must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with images.
